"Can we find our way back without either of us having to disappear?"
Hi, I am Nerea
I’m an intimacy and sexuality coach, facilitator, lover of truth, and endlessly curious student of what happens when human beings really meet each other. For more than ten years, I’ve been guiding people into greater freedom, self-expression and connection. Over time, my work moved more and more towards the places I find most alive: intimacy, relationships, sexuality, the body, and the tender edges where we meet ourselves through another person. I don’t believe intimacy is about getting everything right. I’m interested in what happens when we stop performing, stop trying to be the perfect partner, and become honest enough to meet what is actually here. The love. The fear. The desire. The anger. The tenderness. The triggers. The parts of us that want to run — and the parts that desperately want to be held. Because when there is intimacy, tender places will be touched. I don’t see that as proof that something has gone wrong. I see it as an invitation to become curious: What is happening inside me? What is happening inside you? And can we find our way back without either of us having to disappear?
My path here wasn’t exactly straight.
I studied economics and worked in finance before realizing that the life I was building looked very different from the life I wanted to feel. I left, built businesses of my own, taught self-esteem and public speaking, facilitated workshops and spent years exploring what allows people to become freer and more fully themselves.
Then life brought me to my knees.
Burnout, the end of a destructive relationship and the closing of businesses I loved forced me into a much deeper encounter with myself. The structures I had built my identity around began to fall away. And underneath all of that, a very simple longing remained:
I wanted to experience love, intimacy and life fully. That longing eventually led me to Tantra. I left what I knew and went to live and volunteer in a Tantric community. What began as a search became a homecoming — to my body, my sexuality, my sensitivity, my spirituality and eventually to the work I am doing today.
I don’t teach from a pedestal. I am deeply interested in the space where spirituality meets actual human life. Not only what we understand intellectually, but what happens when our partner says the thing that activates us. When one of us reaches out and the other pulls away. When desire disappears. When jealousy comes. When our body closes. When we desperately want to be understood. When two people love each other and still have absolutely no idea how to find each other in that moment.
I know those places from my own life too. Relationships have continued to show me layers of myself I thought I had already worked through. They have confronted me with my own triggers, patterns and protective strategies — and reminded me again and again that knowing the tools and living them when your heart is involved are two very different things. So I’m not here to sell you the fantasy of a relationship without triggers or conflict.
“I dedicate my life to serve others, to unfold and to expand and to reconnect with their hearts, with their soul and with their genitals.”
I’m interested in something much more human. How do we stay with ourselves when our tender places are touched? How do we remain curious about the person in front of us? How do we repair? How do we learn each other? And how can the places that once separated us eventually become places of greater intimacy? That curiosity sits at the heart of my work.
Let’s talk.
Every relationship has its own story, its own patterns and its own way of loving. Our first conversation is a space for us to meet, explore what is happening between you and what you are longing for — and feel whether Unfold in Love is the right space for you. No pressure. Just an open conversation about where you are, where you want to go, and what might be possible together.
Der Ablauf:
1
A first short conversation to meet each other and get a sense of where you are.
2
We look at what is happening in your relationship, what you’re longing for and where you feel stuck.
3
If it feels aligned for all of us, we explore what working together through Unfold in Love could look like.
